Member Updates

Changes can occur to member information after the member has been enrolled.

Lynx provides multiple APIs to update member information:

Member Updates

Member profile updates are considered high risk transactions that require multi-factor authentication to verify the member’s identity before calling the API to change the information. Lynx must verify that a suitable multi-factor authentication solution is in place. This validation is required before Production implementation.

A history of the updates made to a member’s information is collected through Lynx audit structures. The Member Update Date highlights the date of the most recent update to a member’s profile.

Beyond API updates, Lynx also supports member updates via batch files. Lynx has standard member update file templates and supports JSON and CSV. These files are processed in the same manner as the member enrollment batch process.
