Client Configuration

Your configuration is conducted by your Client Success Manager as part of your implementation process.

Client configuration includes:

  • Establishment of client and client organization hierarchy: Depending on the client organization, flexibility is provided to model parent and child organizations. Client organizations can be configured differently under the client based on their products and configuration settings. Establishing the client and client organizations includes their base information, demographics, and contact information.

  • Product offering configuration: Clients subscribe to different Lynx products.

  • Configure client organizations: Lynx provides data-driven configuration properties that include product limits and terms, contribution criteria and guidelines, payment criteria, and operational settings. Child client organizations can: (1) inherit the parent organization configuration and (2) Adjust based on the child organization.

  • Batch SFTP and AWS S3 Buckets: Clients are configured with separate SFTPs and their own AWS S3 storage bucket and physically segregate the client data. Child client organizations are also collected within the Client SFTP and AWS S3 bucket. A templated client folder structure is automatically created.

  • API Keys: Client organizations generate API keys and apply them for Lynx API interactions.

  • Web Hooks: Client organizations are configured with their own Webhook for transmitting asynchronous updates and notifications.

  • Contacts: Contacts associated with the client organization are registered. Lynx Know Your Business (KYB) requires registration of selective client organization members.

  • Documents: Client organizations can upload documents, including KYB artifacts.

  • Events: Clients can subscribe to all events or selective events as part of their setup.

  • FBO Account: A client FBO account is established. The client FBO account receives an ACH transfer from the client. Funds are then transferred from the client FBO account to member accounts for contributions to their account.
