Required Enrollment Information
Below is a breakdown of the minimum information required to establish a consumer account with Lynx.

Please note, though this is case sensitive, each Client Member ID must be unique regardless of case sensitivity (e.g., Lynx evaluates 'ABC123' and 'abc123' as duplicative with respect to required uniqueness validation).
