Onboarding Steps
Clients and client organizations are created on your behalf by a Lynx administrator. We expect the client to provide us with certain details about the organization including:
- A list of users (email addresses) within the client organization that will serve as administrators for the client
- Name of the client organization
- Address(es)
- Contact persons
- Officers within the company
- Beneficiaries
Behind the scenes, Lynx will automatically initiate the client onboarding workflow during which the following steps are performed:
- Creation of an SFTP site where the client can send us batch enrollment and contribution files. Please note that the credentials for accessing this SFTP site are emailed to the client administrators
- Creation of a separate tenant for the client organization within the Lynx Connect platform
- Creation of an 'For-Benefit-Of' account for the client organization. The details of this account can be retrieved via APIs. This FBO account will be used by the client to make contributions to their members' HSA
