Enrollment Methods

Lynx supports two primary methods for member enrollment:

• Individual enrollment records via the Lynx enrollMember API
• Multiple enrollment records via batch enrollment files

When enrolling members, the information required to establish a member’s account depends on the type of account a member is enrolling in. To make the enrollment process easier, we have identified the required information for each account. Lynx also includes a number of optional enrollment fields that are intended to support your member experience (e.g. Secondary mailing address(es)).
