Update Linked Client Organization External Account

This API allows you to update the ACH authorization status, which indicates whether the client organization has been authorized to initiate ACH transactions against this account. Once authorized, the external account may be updated to revoke the authorization. When the name of the child client organization is passed, the external account will be updated for the child client organization. If the name of the child client organization is not passed, the external account will be updated for the client organization.
